New Year, New Pal

Happy New Year, everyone! We hope your 2021 is off to a great start.

Our friend from QuatchiFan sent us a new pal (thank you, Sophia!). We have named her Jo. Jo is settling in quite nicely with the other friends. We look forward to including Jo on our future adventures.

We truly have the greatest friends! Sophia from QuatchiFan2010 made us a beautiful quilt!

Life's been kinda blah (I've been working a lot lately), so this brightened up our day heaps!

Weekend Hang Out

I'm out of town this weekend. The Quatchis decided to stay back so they can hang out in their new tent and read Proof. Our friends at QuatchiFan2010 surprised us with a quatchtastic care package.

Sophia also drew a nice Quatchi family picture for us. Many thanks for the thoughtful gifts!

Happy Holidays!

A slightly belated happy holidays to all of our Quatch Watch friends! The Quatchis and I had a great Christmas. It was filled with fun, family, and lots of good food!

On Christmas morning, the Quatchis opened their stockings. From Santa, they received red mittens and M&Ms.

Look at the Mins! Lol. What a funny little guy!

We also received a package from our dear friends at QuatchiFan2010.

Sophia made us (the Quatchis and me) matching scarfs! They're pretty awesome, eh? Thanks a bunch, Sophia! The Quatchis and I can't stop wearing them!

From South Korea with love

We received a very thoughtful package from Sophia and the Quatchi clan at QuatchiFan2010 a few weeks ago. Check out all the cool stuff! Q will not take off his new swimming trunks. I'll definitely put the muffin cups to good use too! Thanks again, friends!

Crafts from South Korea

Q is so lucky to have friends from around the world. Sophia and the Quatchi clan at QuatchiFan2010 sent us these crafts all the way from South Korea. Thank you for thinking of us! We love them very much!

Special Delivery!

The mailman dropped off this big yellow envelope at our house today. It's from our friends at QuatchiFan2010!

 

Q received a stylish t-shirt with a skateboarder on it. It fits him perfectly!

 

Q and I also received matching stockings to hang by the fireplace. And inside them were boxes of Korean Pocky. Amazing! We've never tried it before so it's a big treat for us.

Mail Call!

Our friends at QuatchiFan2010 sent Q and I an awesome package! This is the third package we've received from Sophia and the Quatchi family (see here and here to check out previous posts).

Q received another customized backpack. That's right...my sasquatch has two backpacks now! He really appreciates how Canadian it is. Thanks, Quatchette!

We also received two nightmare eaters, some papers toys...

...a jar full of stars, and a poem! It was so nice to see that the whole Quatchi family pitched in to making the crafts. Q and I are both very grateful! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

On another note, a big shout out to my mum! Today is her birthday!

Packing, packing, packing

Q is helping me pack for our next big adventure. He will be meeting some family on my mum's side for the very first time so he's super excited. Those Paul Frank pajamas he's folding are for my cousin's two boys. He's bringing his trusty backpack that Sophia made for him, as well as the red polo from my mum. We leave next Thursday. Can't wait!

He's spoiled rotten! Big thanks to Sophia and Quatchi from QuatchiFan2010 for sending Q a Letterman jacket! It's the perfect fit! We love it!

Perfect Backpack Found!

Q received a package the other day from Sophia and her Quatchi. Sophia is a fellow Canadian but is currently in Korea teaching English.

The small box was crammed with all sorts of goodies! From left to right: Miles (a felt cat to keep Q company), two lollipops, green tea, a notebook and pen, band-aids, a compass, Korean currency, a flashlight, a wallet, caramel, and...

Check out Q's new backpack! Ahhhhhhh! It's so perfect! And monogrammed! What a thoughtful touch! Thanks a million, Sophia and Quatchi! Q really appreciates the homemade backpack and all the extra goodies. We are going on an urban adventure in early April and Q will definitely bring this stuff along!
