Colin's been playing way too many video games lately so I thought a museum outing with be good for him.
I wanted to check out one exhibit in particular. Before heading to the exhibit, we said hello to the futalognkosaurus dukei (dinosaur) in the atrium.
The exhibit is all about tattoos. It features a visual history of body art, markings, and ancient tools. This is from the United States...

...and these are from Algeria.
One of the cool things we learned was that it some cultures, only women could be tattoo artists!

I had a great time at the ROM with you Colin. The tattoo exhibit was very informative and had lots of cool things to look at. Let's go again soon :)
